Help for Cards Calculator

Questions about players, scoring, sharing, imports, history, or nearby multiplayer can be sent straight to support.

How to get help

When you email, include the app version, iOS version, game being played, and what went wrong. If a score looks wrong, include the round details and any house rules you were using.

FAQ

How do I add players?

Start or open a game, then add players from the setup screen. You can choose saved players, add a new player, or use a saved group for repeat game nights.

How do I change the default launch game?

Favorite the game you use most often, then set your preferred launch behavior in the app settings. The exact option may depend on the app version you have installed.

How do I use a game-specific calculator?

Choose a supported game, add players, and use the round scoring helper when entering scores. The helper appears for games that have specific scoring math or rule options.

Why do some rules mention house rules?

Many card games have local variants. Cards Calculator uses common defaults where possible and includes adjustable options when a game commonly changes from table to table.

How does multiplayer work?

Nearby multiplayer lets nearby iPhone or iPad players enter their own scores over local Wi-Fi or hotspot. The host controls the game and can still enter or correct scores.

How do I import a shared result?

Use the import option in the app to scan a result QR code or open a shared result file. Review the details before saving the result to your history.

Is my game history stored online?

No. Game history, players, groups, favorites, and templates are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or import a result.
